Under the name "BTSwiss.Community" an association exists within the meaning of Art. 60 ff. of the Swiss Civil Code (ZGB), with its registered office in the municipality of the association's president(s). It is politically independent and confessionally neutral. The association is a fan community dedicated to supporting the South Korean music group BTS (Bangtan Sonyeondan).
The purpose of the association is to bring fans together in Switzerland through joint activities and to share a common passion for BTS, music, and Korean culture.
It also aims to introduce international ARMY fan culture and fan etiquette to both new and longtime ARMYs, and to support, promote, and protect BTS.
The association acts independently of the music group BTS (Bangtan Sonyeondan), their label BigHit Music, and the company Hybe Corporation, and is not officially affiliated with them.

Both natural persons and legal entities who care about the association's purpose may become members.
Every active member takes on a role, either as an officer or as part of a working group. Every active member has voting rights at the general assembly.
A person may join as an active member at any time, provided they are 18 years old. Natural persons between 16 and 18 may join with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Applications for admission must be addressed to the board; the board decides on admission at its own discretion. If an application is rejected, the board is not obligated to disclose the reasons to the applicant.
